Who we are

What stays on your phone
Your rounds, streaks, rewards, alarms, settings and progress photos are stored on your phone, inside the app. We never receive them and have no access to them. So you don’t lose your progress if you switch phones, your rounds, rewards and settings are included in your phone’s own backup (iCloud or Google), which lives in your account. Progress photos are kept out of every backup and never leave the device.
What we do not collect
The app has no server holding your data, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not sell or share data with anyone.
Permissions
Camera: for progress photos and to count squats in camera mode; images are processed on your phone and never leave it. Photos are not saved to your gallery. Motion sensors: to count squats in "in your hand" mode. Notifications: for your alarms, scheduled by your phone. The app does not ask for your microphone, location, contacts or photo library.
Age
Bumbum Fit is for adults 18 and over. Every time the app opens, we ask your phone’s system (Apple or Google) to confirm your age range. We only receive the answer (for example, "over 18"), never your date of birth or any document, and we do not store that answer. If the system confirms you are under 18, the app does not open. If it cannot confirm, you can still come in and train, but progress photos stay closed until your age is confirmed.
Error reports
If the app crashes or hits an error, a future version may send a technical report to the Sentry service (Functional Software, Inc., United States) so we can fix it. The report includes the type of error, your phone model, and the system and app versions. It does not include your name, email, IP address, photos or screenshots. When that reporting is active, this policy will say so.
Sharing
Nothing leaves the app unless you choose to share it, like your card for stories, through your phone’s share menu.
Deleting
In Settings, "Erase everything" deletes your history, rewards and photos. Uninstalling the app deletes everything from your phone. A copy of your progress may remain in older backups of your phone until you delete them in your iCloud or Google settings.

Since we do not keep your data, you control it on your phone. For any request or question about your privacy rights, write to [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, we will let you know in the app before the change takes effect. The current version always lives on this page.
